Let’s stop pretending.

Sharia doesn’t "honor" women. It doesn't "protect" them. It legally entraps them in a system designed to control, silence, and erase them — all while pretending it's divine mercy.

The apologists love their slogans: “Islam gave women rights!” “Women are like diamonds!” “Hijab is empowerment!” But the fine print of Sharia says otherwise — and it's written in Qur’anic ink, Hadith rulings, and juristic manuals that leave no room for denial.

This is not about culture. This is not about colonialism. This is Sharia, by the book, and it’s time to rip the veil off.

📚 Sharia’s Female Blueprint: Obey, Cover, Be Owned

Sharia law on women is not symbolic, cultural, or outdated. It is:

Codified in Qur’anic verses
Reinforced by sahih (authentic) Hadith
Enforced in modern Islamic jurisdictions with legal penalties

Sharia doesn't just tell women how to live. It legally defines their worth, limits their voice, and binds them to men’s authority.

Let’s walk through the legal hellscape.

🧕 Hijab, Niqab, and Fabric-Based Virtue

Qur’an 24:31 – “Tell the believing women to lower their gaze... and draw their veils over their bosoms...”
Qur’an 33:59 – “...draw your cloaks close around you, that you may be recognized and not harassed.”

In other words: Cover up or you’re asking for it.

The idea that hijab is "choice" under Sharia is laughable. In Islamic law:

Exposure = Sin
Non-compliance = Legal penalty (lashes, jail, even execution)

📍 Modern Enforcement:

Iran: Hijab is mandatory. Women are beaten, arrested, even killed (e.g., Mahsa Amini) for “improper” hijab.
Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, Sudan: Force hijab or niqab by law — not “spiritual suggestion.”

Your hair is not your own. It belongs to theocracy.

👊 Qur’an 4:34 — The Divine License to Beat Your Wife

“Men are in charge of women... As to those on whose part you fear disobedience, admonish them, forsake them in bed, and strike them.” — Qur’an 4:34

This isn’t misinterpretation. The Arabic word is “idribuhunna” — beat them. Scholars have spilled oceans of ink trying to soften it, but Sharia manuals, Hadith, and 1,400 years of jurisprudence confirm the obvious: A husband has the right to physically discipline his wife.

Reliance of the Traveller (m10.12): Permits striking a disobedient wife, provided it is not “excessive.”

That’s not mercy. That’s legalized domestic abuse.

🧾 Inheritance: Half Human, Half Share

Qur’an 4:11 – “To the male, a portion equal to that of two females.”

Why? Because “men provide.” Translation: your value is financial, not moral.

This verse has been implemented for 14 centuries — and is still law in:

Saudi Arabia
Pakistan
Nigeria (Sharia states)
Iran
Afghanistan

Your father dies? Your brother gets twice your share — no exceptions, no appeals, no equality.

👩‍⚖️ Testimony: One Woman = Half a Brain

Qur’an 2:282 – “And bring to witness two witnesses from among your men. If two men are not available, then one man and two women...”

Why? The verse literally says: “So if one forgets, the other can remind her.”

Legal competence? Presumed impaired. Under Sharia:

Two women’s testimony = One man’s
In criminal cases: Women’s testimony is often inadmissible altogether

This is not protection. This is systemic erasure of credibility.

💍 Marriage Under Sharia: Guardians, Consent, and Child Brides

Women under Sharia:

Need a male guardian (wali) to marry
Can be married off as minors
Have restricted rights to divorce
Can be divorced at will by their husband

Yes — under Islamic law, child marriage is not just allowed, it’s modeled.

🛌 Marital Rape? Not a Crime. It’s Her “Duty.”

Qur’an 2:223 – “Your wives are a tilth for you, so approach them when and how you will...”

Bukhari 4795: “The Prophet said: If a husband calls his wife to his bed and she refuses... the angels curse her until morning.”

Sharia sees sex as a right for men, not a mutual act. Refusal is sin, not self-defense.

📜 Reliance of the Traveller m5.1: A woman is required to fulfill her husband's sexual needs.

That’s not marriage. That’s legalized coercion.

🔥 Divorce: Triple Talaq vs Trapped for Life

A man says “talaq” three times? Divorce granted.

A woman wants out? She needs:

A reason permitted under Sharia
Guardian or court approval
Often must forfeit her dowry
And may be forced to reconcile

Bukhari 5273: A woman who sought divorce was ordered by Muhammad to return to her husband unless he beat her excessively.

Sharia marriage is a contract of subjugation — and escape requires permission.

👶 Child Custody: Ownership Goes to the Father

Sharia rulings across Sunni schools:

Mother keeps custody only while the child is young

Father has full legal guardianship

Remarriage = mother often loses custody

You’re not a parent. You’re a temporary caretaker with an expiration date.

🌍 Sharia in the Modern World: Legal Gender Apartheid

Saudi Arabia:

No equal testimony
No custody rights
No freedom to travel without a male guardian (until recently adjusted under pressure)

Iran:

Hijab mandatory by law
Inheritance laws enforce 2:1 male ratio
Girls can marry at 13 (and younger with judicial consent)

Afghanistan (Taliban rule):

Girls banned from school
Women erased from public life
Dress code and movement laws enforced by morality police

Nigeria (Sharia states):

Forced marriages
Floggings for women
Hijab required in school

🧠 Logical Wreckage: The Divine Contradiction

Let’s apply logic.

Premise: A perfect God would create a just legal system.

Observation: Sharia defines women as inferior in testimony, value, freedom, and rights.

Conclusion: Either your God is sexist — or your law is.

You don’t “reform” this. You reject it — or admit you believe women are divinely created to serve.

💥 Final Verdict: Sharia Doesn’t Regulate Misogyny — It Is Misogyny

Sharia doesn’t merely fail women. It targets them.

It doesn't “protect” — it polices.

It doesn’t “elevate” — it erases.

Under the black robe of divine authority lies a legal system designed to control female bodies, silence female voices, and codify female inferiority — all while pretending it's holy.

This isn’t godly. This is legalized patriarchy with a beard.
